Runway of Hope

On this lonely road I travel moving fast looking back on my past it follows.  My guitar, songs unfold these pieces of a lifetime.

On this road, lonely road. I play for my few reward. It’s when you ask for more, little do you know, you keep me afloat on this lonely road. My runway of hope.

On this road my love unfolds for those that moved ahead in memory now keep me company brother Bob sister Cheryl and Brother Paul mom and dad now rest in peace. Bless my family.

My guitar this song I sing play for few my reward it’s when you ask for more, little do you know you keep me afloat on this lonely road, my runway of hope.

One day when the weather lifts and runways clear to go, I’m gonna take off spread my wings and go back to the place that changed everything.

I was 13 at Camp Piles swimming in that summer breeze, the beautiful Redwoods of Sequoia that golden magic meadow. I found peace for two weeks, I was free from poverty.

Now this guitar these songs I sing my proof my whole being and the gratitude I feel to you my crowd of few.
